You can send privacy questions and requests to the controller using the contact details above. This notice covers website browsing, enquiries and quotation requests. Separate information will be provided about any additional processing for contract performance, invoicing or individual projects.

This notice does not cover any previous WordPress website that may still be available on the domain, or other providers’ websites.

Enquiries, quotation requests and consultations

Purpose: responding to enquiries, clarifying requirements, making contact, scheduling discussions and preparing quotations. Data is provided by you through the form, by email or during telephone discussions.

What information do we request?

Please send only information necessary for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, identity documents or health information. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot respond meaningfully without contact details and a description of your needs. An optional phone number is not required for email discussions.

What is the legal basis for processing?

For an individual requesting a quotation on their own behalf: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at the individual’s request before entering into a contract.

For business contacts or general enquiries: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Felycon has a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, conducting business discussions and maintaining a record of communications. Processing is limited to necessary business and contact data. You may object to this processing.

Reading this notice does not constitute marketing consent. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter; the form is not connected to a newsletter or CRM system.

How long are enquiries retained?

Proposed retention policy, subject to approval: data relating to an ongoing enquiry is processed until discussions conclude. If no contract is formed, correspondence and contact notes will be deleted within a maximum of 12 months after closure. The proposed legal basis for retention after closure is legitimate interest: addressing follow-up questions and disputes relating to the quotation for a limited period.

If a contract is formed, necessary data may become part of the separately described contractual processing. For a specific legal dispute or obligation, only necessary data is retained longer, with the applicable legal basis and period defined separately.

To be finalised: approval of the 12-month policy and procedures for deleting mailbox contents, local copies and deleted items. Any recording of telephone calls must be clarified according to actual practice; this draft does not provide notice of call recording.

Secure operation of the website and form

Purpose: serving the website, preventing unauthorised submissions, excessive sending attempts and duplicate emails, and diagnosing errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: Felycon’s legitimate interest in secure and reliable service operation.

Technical data used by the form

The system uses session and submission identifiers, timestamps, delivery status and reference identifiers. A keyed hash derived from the IP address and form data is stored in the delivery ledger. This is pseudonymised data, not necessarily anonymous data. The message text is sent by email to info@felycon.hu rather than stored in this ledger.

Ledger entries older than 24 hours are removed the next time the ledger is successfully saved. This is not scheduled physical deletion guaranteed within 24 hours: without another save, older entries may remain in the file longer. The final operating procedures must define the frequency of regular cleanup.

Server logs and test-site access

Hosting and email services may generate technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser identifiers, response codes and error information. The password-protected test site also uses authentication information to verify access, which the browser may retain during the session.

The exact scope and retention periods of hosting, email and error logs, and the deletion period for server-side sessions, must be finalised based on the actual Rackhost settings. No unverified number of days is specified.

Cookies and analytics

The current new website contains no Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising or traffic-tracking code. The smart home and maintenance demonstrations are local website features and do not connect to your home or actual equipment.

Cookie name
felycon_contact
Provider
Felycon Systems Kft., hosted by Rackhost.
Purpose
Identifying the form session and protecting against unauthorised submissions. It contains a random identifier, not the message text.
Duration
A session cookie with no fixed browser-side expiry date. It generally lasts until the browsing session ends; browser session restoration may extend this.

This is a technical cookie necessary for form security, rather than a cookie operating on marketing consent. Blocking it may prevent direct form submission; you can still contact us by email or phone. Hosting settings determine deletion of the associated server-side session data.

The website does not save form contents in its own local browser storage. The browser’s own autofill and history features may operate independently.

Before introducing analytics or advertising tracking, this notice must be updated and the required prior consent and withdrawal options put in place.

Who may access your data?

Enquiries may be handled by Felycon’s Managing Director or an authorised contributor, only to the extent required for their work. The web form does not automatically forward enquiries to Loxone, other contractors or advertising providers.

Hosting and email: Rackhost Zrt.

Rackhost Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, registered office: 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41, Hungary; email: info@rackhost.hu. As a processor, it provides technical servicing, transmission, storage and contractually agreed backups of data held in the hosting service and mailbox. It may also act as an independent controller for its own service-security and legal purposes.

Details: Rackhost data processing terms and privacy notice.

Data transfers and backups

According to Rackhost’s public processing terms, processing is primarily within the European Economic Area. The form’s direct recipient is Felycon’s Rackhost mailbox. Data flows through email applications, forwarding and possible cloud synchronisation must be checked separately before finalisation; the current website code does not give a complete picture of these.

Deleted data may remain in backups until the end of the backup cycle, with restricted access. Actual backup and final deletion periods must be recorded based on service settings.

Data may be provided to authorities or courts in response to lawful requests or legal obligations. External websites have their own processing practices when you follow their links.

How do we protect your data?

On the live hosting service, web connections use HTTPS and email forwarding from the form uses TLS. Input validation, session protection and sending limits support secure submission. Direct web access to configuration and the delivery ledger is blocked. Protecting mailboxes and downloaded copies also requires appropriate management of permissions, passwords and device access.

No marketing profiles are created from enquiries, and there is no solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

What rights do you have?

Send your request to info@felycon.hu . We will inform you of the action taken without undue delay and within one month at the latest. For complex or numerous requests, this period may be extended by two further months; we will notify you of the extension and reasons within the first month.

Exercising your rights is generally free of charge. If there is reasonable doubt about the requester’s identity, we ask only for additional information necessary to verify it. We will explain any refusal and available remedies.
